SHOUTOUT LA Feature

I was recently invited to participate in an interview with Shoutout LA. It was so fun to share more about why I started Erin-Kate Escobar Consulting while also getting to share that all of us can practice DEI.

“There are many ways to build in practices that help everyone play a role in building inclusive cultures, identifying inequities, and making the ongoing shifts and changes needed.”

I also had the opportunity to share a bit out how I approach DEI work-- as a process that should be appreciated, not just an outcome.“...DEI is a journey, not a destination. Supporting people, companies, and cultures through understanding why things are the way they are in today’s DEI landscape and helping them make sense of the day-to-day experiences is at the core of making change.”

I hope you’ll check out the post here and let me know what your thoughts!
